This website is designed to allow registered and authorized Wholesale customers and Licensed manufacturers to place orders for material and products from the ClearShield product catalogue. Its primary function is to place and manage orders. Whilst we intend on having functionality that will extend to download and viewing of invoices, we do not intend on allowing payment of invoices via this system. This is subject to change.
- All prices listed are exclusive of GST;
- The placing of an order does not constitute a bill of sale;
- Prices listed are your own pricing structure based on various criteria (volume, terms etc) and are not necessarily the same as other ClearShield Customers. Your pricing is confidential;
- Prices are a guide only and are subject to change. If this is the case a representative of ClearShield will contact you to discuss further prior to the order being processed;
- Although items are listed as “in Stock” this may not be the case as this system is not being used for stock management. We will contact you if we do not have enough stock to supply your order and to discuss options;
- Orders placed are treated as proper purchase orders and will be referenced on any invoice using the order number, they will be packed as soon as possible. to that end you must advise us of any changes to any order as quickly as possible to avoid extra handling fees;
- All Orders Place will be processed within 2 business days. At which point an order confirmation will be issued. It is up to the Customer to review and advise of any discrepancies. Where applicable, ClearShield will proceed to Manufacture and/or Pack the order ready for shipping with no further correspondence from the Customer;
- Where a Custom Colour Product is selected a price will be quoted to the Customer, prior to the order being processed, this needs to be confirmed in writing prior to powdercoating being carried out.
